Palisade Roofing is a family-owned roofing contractor, owned and operated by Christian Chambers — born and raised in Tennessee. Every estimate is written in house. Christian inspects every finished job. When something needs to be made right, you talk to Christian — not a call center.

Why we started Palisade
Christian has been in the roofing industry for more than a decade. The longer he worked in it, the clearer it became how often homeowners got a story that didn't match the roof that actually got installed. Palisade was started in 2021 to do the opposite.
Owner-written estimates. Christian on-site for every install. A 10-year workmanship warranty enforced by the person who wrote it. We turned down nine out of ten "growth" opportunities the first three years because they would have meant somebody other than Christian writing the estimates.
Today we run two crews out of a shop on Old Turnpike Road in Jonesborough. We cover fourteen Tri-Cities communities. We work for homeowners — not insurance companies, not call-center lead-gen — and we don't apologize for it.
