This SMS Policy explains how Palisade Roofing LLC uses text messages when you give us your mobile number. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Who is texting you
Text messages from this program come from Palisade Roofing LLC, 154 Old Turnpike Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659. We are a Tennessee residential roofing contractor.
What kinds of messages we send
We send only service-related, non-marketing texts:
- Estimate appointment confirmations and reminders
- Project schedule updates ("the crew is on the way," "we're rescheduling because of weather")
- Follow-up messages after an estimate or completed job
- Replies to questions you text us first
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not send sale announcements, mass blasts, or third-party offers. We do not share your number with anyone for marketing.
How often you'll hear from us
Message frequency is low — typically 1–2 messages per estimate or job. Occasionally a few more during an active project (for example, scheduling around a rain delay). You only receive messages when there's something specific to your project to tell you.
Consent
You give consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to us — for example, on our web contact form, on a paper estimate request, or verbally during an in-person visit. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service from Palisade Roofing. You can decline texting and still get a roof from us — just tell us you'd rather we call or email.
How to stop (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You'll get one confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and after that we will not text you again from that program unless you opt back in. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves, but your carrier may. Check your plan if you're not sure.
